Deadline for order processing
Products available for immediate delivery:After completing the order, it takes up to 4 working days to prepare it for shipping. This period is already within the total number of days selected at the time of purchase.
Custom-made products:
After completing the order, a period of 7-14 working days is required for production of the product. This period is already within the total number of days selected at the time of purchase.
Product delivery time
Product delivery time varies between each region of the country, on average 2-3 business days via SEDEX and 5-12 business days via Mini Envios/PAC. Delivery time and shipping quote are available at checkout on our website.
Shipping options
Our deliveries are made through the Post Office or Motoboy (only for RJ) with delivery scheduled and paid for by the customer.
We have two shipping modes, namely: Mini Envios, PAC and SEDEX. PAC generally has a slightly more affordable value and a longer delivery time, while SEDEX has a higher value and a faster delivery time.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary between each region of the country, to calculate shipping for your region, simply enter your zip code in the shipping calculation field on the cart page and all the deadlines and values available for your region will automatically appear.
We have free shipping on purchases over R$180 to RJ via PAC.
We have free shipping throughout Brazil on orders over R$330.00.
Deadline for sending the tracking code
After sending your order, you will receive, within 2 business days , by email and via WhatsApp the tracking code to track the delivery of your order. Just put it in the tracking field on the post office website, follow the link: https://www2.correios.com.br/sistemas/rastreamento/
